Also, the client can send his or her doctor to our company for training. We will sign the agency agreement with the client. If there are any professional conferences in the client's country, we can take our training engineers to the country.
If the agent has finished the sales task, our company will invite the doctors and experts in the agent's country to our country for a trip, or invite them to attend the overseas profession exhibitions. We will provide some financial support. Free instruments will be sent to the client once his or her sale volume is large.
1. Under the same conditions, the agent has the priority to be the agent of our new products.
2. The company should guarantee that all of its products are in line with the international quality standard such as CE and ISO.
3. The agent is required to offer the information about its formerly sales, as well as the company size, history, staff, and sales methods. If you want to be our agent, you need to make the sales plan.
4. The agent should send the detailed report to the Waston every three months. Also, he or she should provide the same product samples, price, and sales volumes of other suppliers. That information will be used as the reference.
5. The agent must promise that, it has no right or authority to conduct the activities that will cause the damage to waston.
