A1: We will provide the operation manual or video. Also, the clients can send their doctors to our company for receiving the training. If necessary, on-site training is also available. Definitely, samples will be provided with the transportation fees paid by our company, but the samples are not for free.
Q2: How about the sales service?
A2: We will sign the sales agreement with each client. Once the client has placed an order, our company will timely allocate and deliver the goods. In general, the delivery cycle will be within one week. If the instrument has any damage that will affect the application, we can replace it as required.
Q3: What is the main concept of the After-sale service?
A3: Most of our clients are agents. More agents are welcomed to join us.
1. Training service will be offered. If you want to be our agent, you are firstly required to receive the training classes in our company. Also, we provide the on-site service.
2. Based on the client's requirement, we can improve or customize the product.
3. Preferential policies will be given to our clients on the basis of their sales report.
4. If the agent has finished the sales task, our company will invite the doctors and experts in agent's country to our country for a trip, or invite them to take part in the overseas profession exhibitions.
5. If there is any medical negligence because of our product, we will cooperate with the client to handle the accident, and provide the identification certificate of the materials and product.
Q4: What are other services?

We offer the customized service upon request. Our engineers improve the product or instrument according to the opinions or drawing given by the client. Then, we will make same samples. After the client's confirmation, we will arrange the mass production.
